1. Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
An order number or proof of purchase is required.
Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personal care products, intimate items, and custom-made products.

2. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-refundable items include:
Clearance or final sale items
Digital products
Gift cards
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged items.
If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at inquiry@whitesmoke-pig-217114.hostingersite.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly with a refund or replacement.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled but may still be eligible for return.
